I chose Home CCTV because it is a family firm, in the hope of getting a bit of old fashioned customer service.  Once the order was placed that is exactly what I got.  Trevor arrived just after lunch and what a breath of fresh air he is.  Pleasant, polite with respect for us and our home, he set about his job of making us safe, which was carried out with skill and enthusiasm.  He worked hard, with speed and certainty of what he was doing and was clean and tidy about it.  When finished I had no clearing up at all to do. From the Initial visit from Kevin  who surveyed and told us about the system make and Brand as I wanted to know I had made my mind up in less than ten mins that this was a Company I could Trust especially with the customer support Home CCTV have in place after the Installation!Had 2 Cameras fitted today! Joel arrived at Time stated and introduced himself went through the Plan and what was going to happen! Joel was absolutely Brilliant And acted in a Very Professional manner Shoes off at the door I didn’t have to ask he saw we had carpets throughout the house 👀 after a few Hours of installing the Equipment Joel went through the Operation of The CCTV The Box and Menus on My Mobile Phone all in all Joel could see I was Very happy with The Product I now have. Had 3 camera's installed by Trev first class job, very efficient in what he carried out. The camera's that has been fitted are absolutely first class. I would recommend this company to anyone that were looking for camera's on there property. Home CCTV Services Ltd are a very professional company from Kevin who sold us the CCTV Services to Trev who installed them. To say I am more that happy with this company is a understatement. From day one when Keven came out to give me a quote to the installation day when Joel came out they have been nothing but professional. Keven was so polite and he even offered to take his shoes off when he came in to the house he is a very respectful fella. Our install day was supposed to be on the Friday but had to get rearranged due to the member of staff that was doing the install had injured his knee so it was re arranged to the Sunday. The day came round and Joel arrived early which is good he was a very pleasant and respectful guy and he was talking to my young kids all the way through, hes is a very knowledgeable lad you could tell with the way he was setting the box up and when he was showing us how to use it. He had the job done in a couple of hours and other that having cameras on our house now you wouldn't have known he was there. I would 100% recommend Home cctv ltd to anyone who is wanting CCTV. Had two cameras installed today, only got the quote last week. Sales were 1st class very knowledgeable and no pushy and advised what cameras I needed for my property. The install was just as professional. Josh was very friendly, polite and worked efficiently and respected my property. Went through the system on the TV and on my phone to ensure I was upskilled on the system before he left. Overall 1st class service and will highly recommend.
