Problem solved in minutes
We had our cctv installed a year ago, However we have changed our broadband provider and couldn't access it on our phones even though it was still on the tv, I contacted home CCTV about this and they got back to me within 5 minutes to tell me what to do, I received a video on what I needed to do and it was resolved within 10 mins. They have been absolutely amazing through and through. Would highly recommend them 😀

I have had my CCTV with homecctv for a few years now and they have been nothing but brilliant. From the first initial visit I was given great, clear information about the cameras how they work, how the app works etc and the installation process was smooth, easy and there was no mess left behind.. In the few years I have had my cameras, I have only had a couple of occurrences where I have needed to call out (one of which was when I had a power cut and it blew the plug) but on the occasions James (in the tech support team) was very quick to respond to me , and he gave me clear instructions and guidance and had my CCTV back up and running in no time. I am soon moving home , and I will be taking my CCTV and staying with this company for the foreseeable. Great friendly staff , quick response, clear cameras, easy to use system /app , all around fantastic.

We've just had a CCTV system and security alarm installed by Kieran. It's been raining all day but he just got on with the job with a smile on his face, he's a real credit to the business. Perfect installation too, very clean and tidy. We recommend this company to anyone thinking of having CCTV and/or a security system..

We have a camera system with the company which we have had for five years now and we cannot fault everyone involved with them. Trevor arrived just after lunch and what a breath of fresh air he is. Pleasant, polite with respect for us and our home, he set about his job of making us safe, which was carried out with skill and enthusiasm. He worked hard, with speed and certainty of what he was doing and was clean and tidy about it. When finished I had no clearing up at all to do. His after installation instruction was clear and precise. From day one when Keven came out to give me a quote to the installation day when Joel came out they have been nothing but professional. Keven was so polite and he even offered to take his shoes off when he came in to the house he is a very respectful fella. Our install day was supposed to be on the Friday but had to get rearranged due to the member of staff that was doing the install had injured his knee so it was re arranged to the Sunday. The day came round and Joel arrived early which is good he was a very pleasant and respectful guy and he was talking to my young kids all the way through, hes is a very knowledgeable lad you could tell with the way he was setting the box up and when he was showing us how to use it.
